Important News for Participants in the Exclusive Provider Option (EPO) Network:

Effective March 15, 2007, eligible participants who have selected the EPO plan through their employers will have access to only part of The Alliance’s overall provider network. 

IMPORTANT: EPO participants must have a referral in order to receive benefits for care provided by any healthcare provider not listed below. 

Providers who are considered “Participating Providers” in the EPO Network include:

• Hospital and Primary/Specialty Care Practitioners
  Mercy Hospital and Clinics- Janesville
• Mental/Behavioral Health Practitioners
  Genesis Counseling
