Alliance one of Seven Organizations Named Together as Chartered Value Exchange by HHS Secretary The Alliance was one of seven organizations named together as a Chartered Value Exchange (CVE) for their strong commitment to improving quality and value in health care. The Wisconsin Healthcare Value Exchange was named by Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt on February 1, 2008. Just one of 14 CVEs named across the country, the group consists of:
CVEs are partnerships of providers, employers, insurers, and consumers as the country’s working to implement cutting-edge, collaborative methods to transform health care at the local level. CVEs will have access to information from Medicare that gauges the quality of care physicians provide to patients.
