This database contains more than 3,500 individual providers of health care products and services that comprise The Alliance provider service area. Here you can locate and review providers by selecting a search option. Use the search form to review a list of specialists or to look up a specific doctor, hospital or clinic. Then, when you're ready, you can print out the results of your search.

Information for the listings in this directory was obtained directly from the health care professional practices themselves. Since information about a health care professional—including his or her participation in our network—may change, we suggest you verify with the professional that he or she continues to participate in The Alliance network when you seek care.
Please keep in mind that benefit plans differ, and you may not have coverage for care from all providers in this directory. (For example, your employer's plan may or may not provide chiropractic benefits.) It's a good idea to review the information in your benefit handbook about what care is covered under your plan. If you have questions about what your plan covers, speak with your human resources department or call the benefit plan administrator or insurance company listed on your ID card.
